Balenciaga Monaco seeks a Russian‑speaking Sales Associate for a 7‑month contract — boutique sales, clienteling and inventory responsibilities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients, provide personalised styling advice and drive boutique sales while upholding Balenciaga’s brand image.
  • Present products and visual displays in a manner consistent with the House’s aesthetic and merchandising standards.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, contact capture, follow‑up and CRM updates.
  • Process sales transactions including cash handling and tax‑free (détaxe) procedures.
  • Coordinate and monitor alterations and after‑sales service.
  • Receive, label and merchandize incoming merchandise; replenish stock and maintain boutique presentation.
  • Participate in stock organisation and prepare for, then take part in, inventory counts.
  • Contribute to qualitative and quantitative sales reporting and boutique briefings.

Qualifications

  • Proven, demonstrable experience in luxury retail sales — ready‑to‑wear, accessories and/or footwear.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence and a consultative sales approach.
  • Persuasive communicator with impeccable personal presentation and a strong service ethos.
  • Well‑developed product and fashion sensitivity; possession of an existing client file is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in French, English and Russian.
  • Available for a fixed‑term 7‑month contract based in Monaco.

Experience
