Balenciaga RTW Production Planning Specialist in Novara, Italy. Manage production scheduling, supplier coordination, and delivery timelines for ready-to-wear manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate production deliveries with suppliers in alignment with brand objectives using internal systems (GPS, Stealth, Bal Chain)
- Communicate industrialization deadlines to designated teams to ensure on-time production launch
- Monitor industrialization progress and establish timelines for activity completion
- Maintain continuous updates to shared planning files and production schedules
- Liaise with quality control teams to manage priorities and critical issues
- Track production supply chain and share supplier information with the sustainability team
- Conduct periodic supplier visits to monitor operations and maintain partnerships
Qualifications
- Background in fashion studies or equivalent educational qualification
- Significant experience in a production planning or supply chain coordination role
- Proficiency in English (fluency required); French language skills preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of PLM, Stealth, and GPS systems preferred
- Excellent organizational and autonomous work management skills
- Strong goal orientation and results-driven mindset
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities

Significant experience in production planning or supply chain coordination, preferably within luxury fashion and ready-to-wear manufacturing sectors.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 30,000 per annum.
