Balenciaga seeks RTW Production Planning Specialist in Novara, Italy. Fixed-term role managing production schedules and supplier coordination for luxury ready-to-wear.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan production deliveries with suppliers in alignment with brand objectives using GPS, Stealth, and Bal Chain systems
- Communicate industrialization deadlines to relevant teams to ensure compliance with production launch timelines
- Monitor industrialization progress and set completion timelines for related activities
- Maintain and update shared planning files on a continuous basis
- Collaborate with quality control teams to manage priorities and critical issues
- Monitor the production supply chain and share supplier information with the sustainability team
- Conduct periodic visits to supplier facilities
Qualifications
- Fashion education background
- Significant experience in production planning role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Fluent English language skills
- Strong organizational and autonomous working capabilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Adaptability to highly dynamic work environments
