Balenciaga seeks RTW Production Planning Specialist in Novara, Italy. Fixed-term role managing production schedules and supplier coordination for luxury ready-to-wear.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan production deliveries with suppliers in alignment with brand objectives using GPS, Stealth, and Bal Chain systems
  • Communicate industrialization deadlines to relevant teams to ensure compliance with production launch timelines
  • Monitor industrialization progress and set completion timelines for related activities
  • Maintain and update shared planning files on a continuous basis
  • Collaborate with quality control teams to manage priorities and critical issues
  • Monitor the production supply chain and share supplier information with the sustainability team
  • Conduct periodic visits to supplier facilities

Qualifications

  • Fashion education background
  • Significant experience in production planning role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Strong organizational and autonomous working capabilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
