Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan production deliveries with suppliers in alignment with brand objectives.
  • Utilize internal systems such as GPS, Stealth, and Bal Chain for planning.
  • Communicate industrialization deadlines to ensure timely production launches.
  • Monitor industrialization activities to set and adhere to completion timelines.
  • Consistently update shared planning files.
  • Coordinate with the quality control team to manage priorities and critical issues.
  • Oversee the production chain and collaborate with the sustainability team regarding suppliers.
  • Conduct regular visits to suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in fashion.
  • Significant experience in production planning roles.
  • Preferably from the luxury fashion sector, specifically in RTW.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of PLM, Stealth, GPS preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. Goal-oriented with a focus on results. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.

Experience

Significant experience in a production planning role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.

Education

Background in fashion studies.
