Balenciaga — RTW Development Intern (Menswear) in Paris. Internship in product development, prototype follow-up and PLM/Excel support (Sept 2026).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support prototype launches and follow-up with suppliers and internal ateliers to ensure timely manufacturing and quality control.
- Prepare product launches to stock including coordination of technical files and logistics.
- Track prototype progress and shipments across external contractors and in‑house production facilities.
- Assist with coding and reference management in the PLM system and maintain daily collection tracking spreadsheets (Excel + PLM).
- Create and update bill of materials (BOM) entries in the PLM, documenting sketches, fabric availability and trims.
Qualifications
- Current enrolment in or recent completion of a fashion/product development, textile, or related programme.
- Previous internship or alternance experience in ready-to-wear product development, preferably on woven (chaîne & trame) collections.
- Autonomous, proactively solution-oriented and capable of managing diverse tasks with flexibility.
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with PLM systems is a strong advantage.
- Fluent English required; proficiency in Italian is a plus.

Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in fashion design/product development, textile technology, or a related discipline.
