Role & Responsibilities
- Support the launch and follow-up of prototypes throughout the development cycle.
- Prepare and coordinate launches to stock, ensuring timing and documentation are aligned.
- Monitor prototype production and manage shipments to external ateliers and internal workshops.
- Support codification of references and data entry in PLM and Excel.
- Maintain and update the daily collection tracking spreadsheet (Excel and PLM).
- Assist in creating and updating Bills of Materials (nomenclature) in the PLM system, including submission of sketches and verification of fabric and trim availability.
Qualifications
- Prior internship or alternance experience in RTW/product development; experience in woven (chaîne et trame) is preferred.
- Autonomous, proactive and able to propose process improvements.
- High degree of versatility and ability to manage multiple administrative and technical tasks.
- Fluent spoken and written English is essential; Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with PLM systems is advantageous.

Experience
Previous internship or alternance in ready-to-wear product development, preferably focused on woven menswear (chaîne et trame).
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in fashion design, product development, textile engineering or a related discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
