Balenciaga seeks RTW Collection Coordination Assistant in Paris on fixed-term contract through September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare fitting sessions and validation sessions, including setup of spaces, board preparation, and tracking of supplies, samples, archives, and vintage pieces
- Create and update collection overviews, mood boards, and supporting materials per team requirements
- Participate in updating collection tracking tools and systems
- Coordinate setup of spaces during styling weeks and fashion shows
- Support organization and storage of the collection during styling weeks
- Act as runner between different spaces during styling and show preparations
- Assist with final look checks before fashion shows
- Support packing of collection pieces and backstage logistics prior to runway shows
- Sort, identify, and process cancelled collection pieces
- Perform scanning and update tracking systems for cancelled items
- Coordinate logistics of cancelled piece transfers to storage facilities
- Track piece loans and movements throughout the collection cycle
Qualifications
- University or business school degree
- Strong product sensitivity and solid fashion culture
- First professional experience within a Development department in a retail environment
- Fluent English (essential)
- Excellent Excel proficiency
- Mastery of computer tools and software
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to centralize information
- Proactive spirit, autonomy, and attention to detail
- French and/or Italian proficiency (advantageous)
