Role & Responsibilities

  • Adapt product and training content for succinct store use (e.g., 5-minute briefs, quick quizzes, visual and interactive assets).
  • Coordinate the Training Ambassador Program: manage communications, schedule meetings, follow up on actions and support development of tools and resources.
  • Handle training logistics: schedule sessions, book rooms, send invitations and manage calendars.
  • Track participation and effectiveness: monitor attendance, completion rates and feedback; maintain trackers and dashboards.
  • Support budget monitoring for training activities, including follow-up on expenses and invoices.
  • Translate training materials and communications across English, French and Italian.
  • Maintain and organise training content libraries to ensure accessibility for store teams.
  • Support onboarding for new retail employees and assist with internal communications (newsletters, updates).
  • Conduct research on retail training best practices and analyse session feedback to recommend improvements.
  • Assist with the organisation of internal training events and workshops (logistics, materials, participant lists).

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, fashion school, or equivalent university programme.
  • At least one prior experience in sales, training, or marketing — ideally within fashion or luxury retail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; working proficiency in French and Italian for translation tasks.
  • Highly organised and rigorous with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Creative sensibility, strong attention to detail and an aesthetic awareness suited to luxury retail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint; familiarity with Canva and Photoshop is an advantage.
