Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and assist throughout the sales ceremony, delivering high standards of customer service and personalised advice
  • Present Balenciaga products and brand image with appropriate styling and visual attention
  • Support follow‑up of alterations and tailorings, liaising with in‑store services to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collect and update client contact details and contribute to the customer file
  • Assist with goods reception, tagging, pricing and floor placement
  • Participate in replenishment, housekeeping of the boutique and stock organisation
  • Contribute to inventory preparation and physical stock counts
  • Provide logistical support in the back‑of‑house, including stock sorting and storage maintenance

Qualifications

  • Currently available for a 3‑month internship beginning in June (availability from early June preferred)
  • Interest in luxury ready‑to‑wear, accessories or footwear; strong product and fashion sensibility
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of attentiveness and client focus
  • Professional presentation, service orientation and persuasive communication
  • Operational proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Experience
