Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the sales ceremony: welcome clients, provide personalised styling advice and support the in-store customer experience.
  • Present merchandise and brand image consistently with Balenciaga standards, including garments, accessories and shoes.
  • Support alterations tracking and liaise with tailoring services to follow up customer requests.
  • Collect and update client contact details; maintain and enrich the customer file.
  • Assist with goods reception, tagging, pricing and visual placement on the sales floor.
  • Participate in stock replenishment, shop housekeeping and preparation for inventory counts.
  • Support back-of-house organisation and stock storage procedures.

Qualifications

  • Entry-level candidate or student seeking a retail internship; no prior professional sales experience required.
  • Strong affinity for luxury ready-to-wear, accessories and/or footwear with a developed product and fashion sensitivity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attentive listening and a persuasive, service-oriented manner.
