Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients and participate in the full sales ceremony, delivering tailored customer advice and service.
- Present Balenciaga products and brand image with polished, accurate styling and product knowledge.
- Support tracking and coordination of alterations and repairs.
- Capture client contact details and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Assist with goods receiving: tagging, pricing and floor merchandising.
- Contribute to stock replenishment, boutique upkeep and orderly presentation.
- Support inventory preparation and physical stock organisation in the backroom.
Qualifications
- Availability for a 3‑month internship starting in June 2026.
- Strong interest in luxury ready‑to‑wear, accessories and/or footwear.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening and client orientation.
- Impeccable personal presentation with a persuasive, service‑driven approach.
- Highly developed product and fashion sensitivity.
