Balenciaga seeks a Sales & Client Advisor at EmQuartier in Bangkok. Drive sales, deliver luxury service, and represent the iconic French house to discerning clientele.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators using proven sales techniques
- Host and engage customers with professionalism, building and strengthening lasting client relationships
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service
- Replenish stock and maintain high merchandise standards, ensuring product quality control
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and professional appearance across all areas
- Support store compliance processes and operational follow-up procedures
Qualifications
- Prior experience in multinational brand environments
- Strong product and fashion sensitivity with knowledge of current fashion trends
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other digital tools
- Strong sense of responsibility and team collaboration
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is preferred. Related retail or fashion sales experience is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail, hospitality, or fashion are beneficial but not mandatory.
