Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of weekly and monthly reports on retail KPIs, including sales and traffic, to analyze business results.
- Support the analysis of ongoing sales against established targets.
- Assist in analyzing the customer base of the Maison.
- Participate in coordinating sales strategies with the European headquarters and sales outlets.
- Support the preparation of strategic presentations for executive management.
- Monitor the performance of Balenciaga boutiques and analyze luxury market competition.
Qualifications
- Beginner in the Retail Performance function with a strong affinity for analytics.
- Knowledge of the retail industry is advantageous.

Experience
No specific experience required, but a strong analytical mindset and familiarity with retail performance are beneficial.
