Balenciaga seeks a Retail Operations Specialist in Seoul to support store operations, manage communications, and enhance store performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support overall store operations, including system guidance, issue resolution, store supplies management, and operational guideline maintenance
- Manage store communications through newsletters and key business announcements
- Coordinate and support store openings, closures, and special events
- Handle weekly store requests related to uniforms, packaging, systems, and operational resources
- Monitor monthly expenses, perform closing activities, and analyze costs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in the retail industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks accurately and efficiently
