Balenciaga Retail Intern in Milan: 6-month internship supporting retail operations, reporting, and administrative coordination. €750/month.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and disseminate daily and weekly performance reports to the retail network
- Consolidate and distribute weekly and monthly performance analytics
- Assist in development, consolidation, and communication of sales target setting
- Coordinate retail travel arrangements and hotel bookings within budget for team meetings, store conferences, and events
- Manage comprehensive onboarding processes for new team members, coordinating meetings with support functions
- Support marketing team with VIC gifting initiatives, including client selection, gift ordering, personalized communications, and delivery coordination
- Participate in development, implementation, and evaluation of performance-boosting challenges aligned with key retail KPIs
- Develop and maintain store performance reporting systems
- Collect and consolidate monthly orders from all store locations
- Facilitate information exchange and communication between stores and headquarters departments
