Balenciaga Retail Intern position in London. Support retail operations, reporting, travel coordination, and VIP gifting programmes in a luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and distribute daily and weekly performance reports to the retail network
- Consolidate and communicate weekly and monthly performance metrics across the organization
- Assist in developing and communicating sales targets to stores
- Coordinate retail team travel arrangements, including hotel bookings and transportation within approved budgets for conferences and events
- Oversee onboarding processes for new retail staff, coordinating meetings with support departments
- Support marketing initiatives for VIP client gifting, including client selection, gift curation, personalized correspondence, and on-time delivery coordination
- Develop and implement performance-boosting challenges within the retail network aligned with key performance indicators
- Maintain and update store reporting systems and documentation
- Collect and consolidate monthly inventory and supply orders from stores
- Facilitate communication and information exchange between retail locations and headquarters departments
Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within teams
- Problem-solving orientation and proactive mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- German language proficiency is a valued asset
