Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Training Team by compiling weekly Training App usage data.
- Update Client Experience Evaluations by location.
- Conduct competitive studies across various departments.
- Participate in miscellaneous seasonal projects.
- Prepare training guidelines for new store openings.
- Compile product images and information for Training Ambassador Briefs.
- Review new product training related to collections and campaigns.
- Organize and prepare seasonal training recaps.
- Update all mandatory training attendance lists monthly.
- Provide administrative support.
Qualifications
- Ability to receive academic credit is mandatory.
- Availability to work in the New York City office.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, but familiarity with the luxury fashion industry is advantageous.
Education
Must be able to receive academic credit.
