Role & Responsibilities

  • Draft and publish job postings for interns and apprentices.
  • Source and select candidates through various job boards.
  • Conduct preliminary phone screenings and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate with managers regarding candidate briefs and follow-ups.
  • Monitor dashboards and key performance indicators.
  • Participate in various HR projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (1st or 2nd year) in Human Resources.

Skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English for an international work environment.

Experience

No prior experience required; ideal for students seeking practical HR experience.

Education

Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources.
