Balenciaga — Paris: Ready-to-Wear Sales Merchandising Intern supporting collection tracking, showroom sales and commercial analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed competitor intelligence on product assortments, price positioning, fashion shows and capsule collections to inform commercial strategy.
- Maintain and update collection tracking tools and documentation (PLM, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prepare and design presentation materials and lookbooks for internal teams and client-facing showroom presentations.
- Support the preparation, editing and quality conformity of samples during showroom sales sessions.
- Analyse sell-in and sell-out sales performance to provide actionable insights to merchandising and commercial teams.
- Update and ensure accuracy of sales documents and commercial packs used by sales and wholesale teams.
- Provide on-site support during showroom buying sessions and assist buyers as needed.
- Contribute to the drafting and maintenance of training documents for sales and retail teams.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university or business school (fashion, merchandising, business or related discipline).
- Strong product sensitivity and a solid fashion culture with an eye for trend and assortment.
- Analytical, rigorous and highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Autonomous, flexible and curious with strong problem-solving capacity.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with PLM systems is a plus.

Entry-level internship suitable for students or recent graduates; prior exposure to merchandising, commercial analysis, showroom operations or fashion retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
University degree or business school background; currently pursuing or recently completed studies in fashion, merchandising, business or a related field.
