Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyse product performance using quantitative and qualitative insights to identify opportunities to optimise commercial results for the Ready-to-Wear collection.
  • Define retail assortments and prepare master orders aligned to store profiles, key looks and the global product strategy.
  • Support the retail buying process, including order review and consolidation of worldwide bulk orders.
  • Partner with regional merchandising teams to gather market feedback and translate it into localised action plans.
  • Develop product launch strategies with Distribution and Demand Planning teams, specifying timing, quantities and market allocation.
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Training to ensure consistent product priorities, key messages and seasonal roll-out.
  • Coordinate special projects across Supply Chain, Communications and Retail teams to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years' experience in retail merchandising or buying within the luxury or fashion sector.
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong capability in data-driven performance analysis.
  • Demonstrable sensitivity to product, brand identity and luxury positioning.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Analytical, dynamic and able to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Experience

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in retail merchandising or buying within the luxury or premium fashion industry, with demonstrated track record of managing assortments and supporting global retail roll-outs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Retail Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
