Role & Responsibilities
- Support domestic and international sample trafficking operations, including tracking and coordination.
- Maintain and update PR databases and media contact lists to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Conduct targeted media research and compile press lists and coverage reports.
- Assist with logistical and production needs for internal meetings, press events and showrooms.
- Manage showroom and media library upkeep, including organization and inventory control.
- Prepare physical and digital press materials: magazine clipping, scanning and archiving brand coverage.
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Eligible to receive academic credit for the internship (school sponsorship required).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Authorization to work on-site in New York City for the duration of the placement.
Experience
Internship-level role. Prior internship or coursework in public relations, communications, journalism or fashion is advantageous but not required; the program is intended for students or recent graduates seeking practical PR experience.
Education
Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in communications, public relations, journalism, fashion, marketing or a related field; ability to receive academic credit is mandatory.
