Balenciaga Production Line Operator in Cerreto Guidi, Italy – luxury leather goods manufacturing role with 5+ years experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute leather goods production according to standardized processes, meeting production planning targets for both productivity and quality
- Perform preparation activities including edge finishing, leather splitting, and color matching
- Execute complex assembly operations including intricate stitching and color work at assigned workstations
- Identify and report quality issues related to products and processes, collaborating on targeted solutions
- Identify and implement improvement actions to enhance quality and reduce production cycle times
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of production experience in leather goods manufacturing
- Technical diploma and/or professional qualification, preferably in textiles, apparel, and fashion with leather goods specialization
- Excellent manual dexterity, precision, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and problem-solving
- Ability to work toward measured objectives and team-defined timelines

Skills
Experience
At least 5 years of verified production experience in the leather goods sector. Experience in Lean Manufacturing environments is preferred.
Education

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 25,500 per annum.
