Balenciaga Production Line Operator in Cerreto Guidi, Italy – luxury leather goods manufacturing role with 5+ years experience required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute leather goods production according to standardized processes, meeting production planning targets for both productivity and quality
  • Perform preparation activities including edge finishing, leather splitting, and color matching
  • Execute complex assembly operations including intricate stitching and color work at assigned workstations
  • Identify and report quality issues related to products and processes, collaborating on targeted solutions
  • Identify and implement improvement actions to enhance quality and reduce production cycle times

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of production experience in leather goods manufacturing
  • Technical diploma and/or professional qualification, preferably in textiles, apparel, and fashion with leather goods specialization
  • Excellent manual dexterity, precision, and attention to detail

Compensation
