Role & Responsibilities
- Evaluate, design, and develop product training programs both in-class and online, aligning with the artistic direction and excellence strategy.
- Define training strategies for seasonal launches, including post-fashion show resees.
- Oversee the global deployment of product training initiatives, establishing a clear and coherent training framework and roadmap, while adapting to local specificities.
- Identify new training needs related to the brand's products, propose suitable training solutions, and supervise their implementation.
- Define and oversee the product training deployment agenda in collaboration with the Global Retail department and regional teams.
- Collaborate with Collection Merchandising and Product Development teams to transform technical information into engaging educational content.
- Manage, engage, develop, and supervise the product training team at headquarters.
- Work closely with regional training managers to ensure alignment and effective execution, gathering field feedback during business trips.
- Act as a product ambassador within the Global Retail department.
- Define performance indicators to measure the impact of training on retail results.
- Manage a team of three, including recruitment, training, and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (Bac +5 equivalent).
- 5-7 years of experience in training design, development, and deployment, or in retail.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a global retail environment in a similar role is appreciated.
