Role & Responsibilities

• Assist the Development Coordinator with daily operations within the Jersey Development team
• Support the development and tracking of labdips and material innovations
• Coordinate sample shipments and monitor submission timelines to manufacturers
• Follow up on supplier deliverables and invoice documentation
• Participate in hybrid model development and internal material requests
• Maintain tracking tools including PLM systems, Excel databases, and project boards
• Manage product and material archives
• Support fitting preparation and showroom coordination activities
• Code materials and models within PLM systems

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in fashion, textile, or business school
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with computer tools including Excel, Google Suite, and PLM systems (preferred)
• Professional English fluency (reading, writing, speaking)
• Demonstrated curiosity, responsiveness, and collaborative mindset
• Marked interest in jersey fabrics and manufacturing processes

Skills

Experience

Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in fashion, textile engineering, or commercial disciplines; no previous professional experience required.

Education

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree programme in fashion design, textile studies, commerce, or related discipline.
