Balenciaga seeks a Denim Development Assistant intern in Paris. Support product development and factory coordination in luxury fashion.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain product development databases including collection overview, collection plans, and factory launch tracking spreadsheets
  • Process and enter invoice records related to product development activities
  • Assemble and organize wash boards and washing ranges for denim collections
  • Participate in the coordination and launch of wash testing initiatives
  • Execute and monitor stock releases via PLM software and coordinate shipment tracking with manufacturing partners
  • Provide comprehensive support to the development team on daily operational tasks
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between Studio, Workshop, and Merchandising departments

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated sensitivity to product development and luxury fashion aesthetics
  • Autonomous and self-motivated work approach
  • Adaptability to cross-functional collaboration with design, production, and merchandising teams
  • Proficiency in English (bilingual level)
  • Prior experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software is a strong asset

Experience
