Role & Responsibilities
- Define margin targets by product category and season; establish pricing objectives that align commercial and financial goals.
- Guarantee price governance across all channels (retail, wholesale, outlet, couture, duty‑free, employee sales, B2B) both in‑store and online.
- Review and update pricing policy each season considering market specificities, FX movements and fiscal/logistics impacts (VAT, customs duties, transport).
- Maintain and update the price architecture to reflect seasonal, market and regulatory changes.
- Perform post‑showroom margin analysis and identify levers to improve profitability.
- Recommend price adjustments based on sales performance, margin, tourist flows and monitor the impact on overall KPIs.
- Detect price inconsistencies across the online network and partner channels and propose harmonisation measures.
- Develop and maintain analytical tools and dashboards (Power BI, Excel, Anaplan) to optimise pricing management and reporting.
- Provide pricing recommendations for special requests (press, samples, VIC, Haute Couture) and prepare ad‑hoc analyses and presentations.
- Coordinate pricing processes during showroom periods and seasonal resets (twice yearly) and ensure smooth cross‑functional execution.
- Lead and coordinate the pricing team and work closely with head office, regional merchandising, retail, wholesale, finance, e‑commerce and supply teams.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school or equivalent.
- Proven professional experience as a Pricing Analyst / Pricing Manager or Revenue Manager; experience in retail or luxury fashion strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and hands‑on experience with Anaplan; experience building dashboards in Power BI.
- Fluent English; strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Methodical, rigorous, proactive and organised with good stress resistance and collaborative aptitude.

Significant prior experience in pricing or revenue management roles, ideally within retail or luxury fashion. Demonstrated ability to lead pricing processes, perform margin and competitive analyses, develop pricing tools and coordinate cross‑departmental stakeholders.
Education
