Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and compile editorial coverage across French press and corporate international media.
- Track magazine publication schedules and produce weekly press reviews.
- Support the organisation and logistics of fashion shows and related events.
- Receive, catalogue and manage incoming collections and showroom inventory.
- Reference collections and maintain records in Launchmetrics; assist with archiving.
- Coordinate regional sample requests, dispatches and internal/external returns (production, development, studio, VIP and external markets).
- Assist with the upkeep and operational organisation of the press showroom.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent (Communications, Marketing, Public Relations) — Bac +4/5 level.
- At least one substantive internship or early-career experience within a luxury Maison or press/PR agency.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated organisational rigour, autonomy and ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams and liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners.

A first successful and meaningful experience in a luxury fashion house or a press/PR agency, with exposure to press operations, sample handling and event support.
Education
Master’s degree (Communications, Marketing, Public Relations) or equivalent — Bac +4/5.
