Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support execution and delivery of still and video digital projects for campaigns, lookbooks and shows
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to communicate clear briefings and align project timelines
  • Independently coordinate small‑scale projects from briefing through delivery, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget outcomes
  • Provide on‑set support during shoots and assist with post‑production workflows and artwork approval processes
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and adapting to shifting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Support administrative tasks related to project tracking, vendor management and file delivery
  • Contribute creative input to visual concept direction and proactively suggest workflow improvements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in post‑production or production coordination on photo and video projects within a fashion house or creative agency
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
  • Practical understanding of visual concept direction and digital content production with basic technical knowledge of post‑production processes
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
  • Self‑motivated, professional attitude and a collaborative team player

Experience

2–3 years of hands‑on experience coordinating photo and video productions in a fashion house or creative agency environment.

Education
