Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Global Performance Media Manager in the day-to-day management and optimisation of acquisition campaigns across Paid Search (SEA, including Shopping), Social, Affiliation and Display.
- Coordinate campaign activation with the agency and media partners from brief through to final reporting and post-campaign analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and reallocate budgets to maximise efficiency and achieve target ROAS across channels and markets.
- Analyse site traffic and cross-channel user journeys to generate actionable insights for planning and ongoing optimisation.
- Define and coordinate creative asset requirements for performance campaigns and ensure all executions respect the Maison’s brand image, tone of voice and visual standards.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc performance reports and contribute to technical tracking and tagging validation as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous internship or professional experience managing performance acquisition campaigns, with demonstrable hands-on exposure to SEA (including Shopping).
- Familiarity with the primary acquisition channels (Paid Search, Social, Affiliation, Display) ideally gained in e‑commerce or a specialised media/digital agency.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract clear insights from complex datasets and translate them into tactical recommendations.
- Highly organised, autonomous and solution-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Advanced Excel skills and comfortable preparing presentations in PowerPoint.
- Practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Looker Studio and GA4 is a significant advantage.

Initial professional experience in performance acquisition, obtained through internships or 1+ year roles; hands-on management of SEA (including Shopping) and familiarity with social, affiliation and display channels. Experience in e‑commerce or a specialised agency is preferred.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
