Balenciaga in Paris seeks a Partnerships Coordinator (CDD) to support partnership strategy, execution and budget management. French & English required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of brand partnerships from research and strategic planning through operational delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain clear communication channels between internal stakeholders and external partners throughout project lifecycles.
- Build and manage strong relationships with agencies, creative partners and third-party vendors to ensure projects meet brand standards and timelines.
- Develop, lead and monitor project budgets, ensuring financial oversight and timely reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of project briefs, timelines, status reports and post-activation evaluations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience coordinating partnerships, collaborations or projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in a media, creative or agency environment is highly valued.
- Excellent organizational, planning and research skills with strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated cultural awareness and strong affinity for pop culture, technology and music.

Experience
Demonstrable experience supporting partnerships or collaborative projects, including coordination of teams and external agencies; prior agency or media experience is a plus.
