- Support the management team in daily operations and store activities.
- Represent the Balenciaga brand and uphold its image and values.
- Guide clients through the buying journey, from product discovery to purchase and post-sale services.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry and current trends.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
