Balenciaga seeks a Packaging Projects Assistant Intern in Paris to support packaging design and project management for luxury collections.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Packaging Project Manager on all assigned missions and cross-functional assignments
- Track and follow up on product launches, leaflets, and quality cards across all channels
- Manage secondary packaging for retail, e-commerce, and couture operations, including product-packaging fittings and sample launches
- Conduct competitive intelligence monitoring on sustainable and innovative packaging materials and market animations
- Update packaging guidelines, nomenclatures, and technical files through store visits and cross-departmental collaboration
- Propose new packaging concepts and refine existing layouts to align with brand visual strategy
- Collaborate across departments to ensure visual strategy consistency for retail activations and client gifting
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated interest in creative trends, innovations, and packaging design
- Prior experience in a similar packaging or project support role
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a similar packaging, project support, or design assistant position is advantageous; entry-level candidates with strong foundational skills in packaging or design are encouraged to apply.
Education
Secondary education minimum; vocational training or certification in packaging design, graphic design, or related field is advantageous.
