Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Packaging Project Manager on all assigned missions and cross-functional assignments
• Track and follow up on product launches, leaflets, and quality cards across all channels
• Manage secondary packaging for retail, e-commerce, and couture operations, including product-packaging fittings and sample launches
• Conduct competitive intelligence monitoring on sustainable and innovative packaging materials and market animations
• Update packaging guidelines, nomenclatures, and technical files through store visits and cross-departmental collaboration
• Propose new packaging concepts and refine existing layouts to align with brand visual strategy
• Collaborate across departments to ensure visual strategy consistency for retail activations and client gifting

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrated interest in creative trends, innovations, and packaging design
• Prior experience in a similar packaging or project support role

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in a similar packaging, project support, or design assistant position is advantageous; entry-level candidates with strong foundational skills in packaging or design are encouraged to apply.

Education

Secondary education minimum; vocational training or certification in packaging design, graphic design, or related field is advantageous.
