Balenciaga seeks an Order Entry Manager in Paris to manage customer order processing and ERP system operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage order entry operations including integration of customer orders into the ERP system following sales campaigns, with tracking through production launch in collaboration with Supply Chain and Planning teams
- Process restock, VIC, and uniform orders, as well as modifications to the order portfolio with precision, speed, and autonomy
- Execute production order entries for Eyewear and Fragrance business units
- Verify accuracy of entered data, applied pricing, and stock availability; identify and correct data discrepancies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to address client expectations and ensure smooth order processing
- Identify and escalate ERP system anomalies
- Work closely with IS&T teams to contribute to incident resolution
- Collect and analyze information to identify business trends and opportunities, providing support to other departments as needed
- Propose process improvements to optimize efficiency, quality, and speed of order entry operations
Qualifications
- Significant prior experience in order entry management, ideally from fashion, luxury, or consumer goods sectors
- Mastery of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Proficiency with SAP system
- Knowledge of AS400 system is a significant asset
- Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively in complex, evolving environments
- Strong teamwork orientation with excellent service mindset and solutions-focused approach
- Bilingual fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
- Italian language proficiency is advantageous
