Balenciaga Omnichannel Customer Experience Intern in Paris, France – support digital retail operations and global client services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with the implementation, training organization, and day-to-day operations of omnichannel services across all channels
- Support the Global Omnichannel Senior Analyst with daily operational requests including technical issue resolution, backlog management, and customer complaint handling
- Oversee and maintain StoreDB and Yext platform accuracy to ensure comprehensive store information registration worldwide
- Partner with the Global Omnichannel Senior Analyst and Global Online Operations Coordinator to equip retail and client service teams with necessary tools and information for qualitative customer experience
- Conduct benchmarking analysis and customer journey testing on Balenciaga.com, reporting findings and feedback to the Global Omnichannel team
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency with digital tools and platforms
- Good knowledge of the fashion market and retail environment
- Fluent English with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical mindset and deep customer-centric sensibility
- Previous retail or omnichannel experience preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
