Balenciaga in Paris seeks an Off-Price Business Planning Intern to support outlet reporting, forecasting and operations (internship).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor worldwide outlet performance KPIs by region and product category and report trends to the team.
  • Produce, consolidate and distribute weekly business and performance reports.
  • Ensure operational follow-up of stock availability, inter-store and DC transfers, manual inventory pushes and coordinate actions with regional teams and Supply Chain.
  • Consolidate sales and inventory data to contribute to short- and mid-term sales forecasts.
  • Support qualitative and quantitative analysis of bestsellers and SKU-level performance.
  • Assist the team in organising company family sales and other promotional events.
  • Provide daily operational and administrative support to the Off-Price business planning team.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a tertiary programme and seeking a césure or end-of-study internship (gap year or final-year placement).
  • Highly analytical with acute attention to detail and strong numerical literacy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with cross-functional teams (regions, supply chain, merchandising).
  • Organised, rigorous and able to manage multiple operational tasks concurrently.
  • Curious, flexible and demonstrably a collaborative team player.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
