Balenciaga Merchandising Operations Assistant internship in Paris – support collections and showroom coordination for ready-to-wear and accessories teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in collection photography shoots and manage model deposits
- Process and maintain collection imagery
- Coordinate showroom organization, including information dissemination and collection availability
- Verify digital showroom functionality and ensure commercial teams have access to collection information, sketches, photos, and cancellations
- Manage collection prototypes, including tracking, monitoring, and loan coordination across divisions such as press and e-commerce
- Coordinate collection delivery and collection at the beginning and end of showroom periods
- Pack and prepare collections for distribution
- Monitor and maintain linesheet documentation
- Provide general departmental support as needed
Qualifications
- University degree or fashion/business school education
- Strong product sensitivity and demonstrated interest in fashion
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent attention to detail
