Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare all assets and materials for paid media campaign launches (creatives, captions, redirect links) and verify previews prior to go-live.
- Monitor production and trafficking of advertising formats across markets, coordinating with Image/Creative teams and external specialist agencies for both digital and print executions.
- Perform monthly analysis of advertising spend versus editorial coverage using DMR Print/Web and automate Excel tracking documents.
- Update the Weekly Digital Media Report using Funnel and Datastudio; interpret campaign KPIs and surface insights.
- Organise and maintain digital media documentation (briefs, media plans, reports, analyses, magazine media kits, screenshot reports).
- Conduct market and format trend monitoring in digital advertising and produce a weekly newsletter on advertising/communication trends.
- Attend meetings with media partners and support billing follow-up and basic invoice tracking.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (M1 or M2) in Commerce, Business, Communication or a closely related discipline.
- Strong interest in media and digital advertising with intellectual curiosity about media strategy and formats.
- Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint; ability to automate and present data clearly.
- Professional rigor, strong interpersonal skills, humility and an understanding of luxury brand codes and sensibilities.
- Fluent in French and English (both required).
- Prior experience at a media agency or within the digital sector is a plus.

Experience
Enrolment in a Master's program (M1 or M2). A first internship or work experience within a media agency or digital environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Master's degree in progress (M1 or M2) in Commerce, Business, Communication or related field.
