Balenciaga Line Operator position in Cerreto Guidi, Italy. Luxury leather goods production, Lean Manufacturing, €26,000+ salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute product manufacturing according to standardized processes, meeting production planning targets for both productivity and quality
- Perform preparation activities including leather trimming, splitting, workbench pairing, and colour management
- Execute complex stitching, specialized colour work (such as final ribbing), and workbench-level assembly tasks
- Identify and report quality issues related to products or processes, collaborating with the team to develop targeted solutions
- Recognize and propose process improvement actions with the objective of enhancing quality and reducing production times
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of production experience in luxury leather goods manufacturing
- Technical diploma or professional qualification, preferably in Textile, Clothing, and Fashion with specialization in leather goods
- Demonstrated excellence in manual dexterity, precision, and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset toward continuous improvement and problem-solving
- Ability to work toward measured objectives and team-defined timelines
- Strong communication skills and collaborative team orientation

Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of verified experience in luxury leather goods production environments. Experience from Lean Manufacturing contexts is strongly preferred.
Education
Technical diploma or professional qualification in Textile, Clothing, and Fashion, with specialization in leather goods manufacturing.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 26,000 per annum.
