Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct trademark and design prior art searches and analyze case law.
  • Provide legal recommendations on creative projects.
  • Assist in anti-counterfeiting efforts, including expert analyses, coordination with teams and service providers, customs and criminal procedures, complaint drafting, and reporting.
  • Learn to manage a trademark portfolio, including registration applications, oppositions, invalidation actions, and revocation actions.
  • Support evidence collection for contentious cases.
  • Draft legal consultations and notes.
  • Conduct various documentary studies.
  • Assist with daily legal matters, particularly in contract law, including service agreements, general conditions, confidentiality agreements, and distribution contracts.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Intellectual Property or Business Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law.
  • Recognized for seriousness, rigor, and discretion.

Skills

Strong writing skills. Proficient in English.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, suitable for recent graduates or current students.

Education

Master's degree in Intellectual Property or Business Law.
