Balenciaga seeks a Keyholder in Sunrise (Sawgrass Mills) to support store operations, manage openings/closings and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through high-quality client service and active selling.
- Assist the Store Director with opening and closing procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including organization of the stockroom and accessibility of merchandise for the sales team.
- Support inventory control and loss-prevention initiatives in partnership with stock and operations colleagues to minimise shrinkage.
- Manage cash-handling procedures, ensure registers and safe operate correctly, and oversee timely bank deposits.
- Implement and communicate visual merchandising directives and store presentation standards received from Store Management and Corporate.
- Respond to customer complaints and feedback promptly and escalate issues when necessary to preserve client satisfaction and brand reputation.
- Maintain store upkeep and supplies, ensuring fixtures, lighting, carpeting and overall presentation meet brand standards.
- Enforce the store operations manual and implemented sustainability policies, reporting necessary updates or improvements to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar retail or fashion role with supervisory responsibilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a selling environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen with a genuine passion for the fashion industry.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and a strategic mindset to develop the business and elevate team performance.
- Availability and reliability to fulfil opening/closing and varied retail shift patterns.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years in retail supervisory or senior sales roles within fashion or luxury brands, with demonstrable experience driving sales and supporting store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, visual merchandising or fashion-related training preferred.
