Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through direct selling and team management.
  • Perform and oversee store opening and closing procedures; act as an authorized key holder.
  • Maintain an organised, accessible stockroom and support inventory accuracy.
  • Support the Store Director in daily store operations, staff coordination and performance management.
  • Balance responsibilities across sales, operations, merchandising and personnel management.
  • Serve as a clear communicator across departments and with colleagues to ensure aligned execution.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally to protect brand experience.
  • Enforce and execute the store operations manual and report recommended updates.
  • Implement loss‑prevention practices in partnership with stock and sales teams to minimise shrinkage.
  • Ensure registers and safe procedures are followed, cash accuracy is maintained and bank deposits are timely.
  • Assist with implementing visual merchandising and ensure the team adheres to visual standards.
  • Oversee daily store upkeep, fixture maintenance and adequate supply levels to preserve store presentation.
  • Apply and promote company sustainability policies at a local store level.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in a similar retail role, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen with a genuine passion for fashion.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example and drive team performance.
  • Trustworthy and reliable with experience in cash handling and opening/closing responsibilities.
  • Availability to work a retail schedule including weekends, evenings and peak periods.

Experience
