Balenciaga Paris internship: IT Support Specialist for product systems and continuous improvement, 6-month paid contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the AMS Manager in daily IT systems activities and serve as primary contact for requirements gathering and preliminary analysis of continuous improvement initiatives across product development, pattern-making, industrialization, procurement, warehouse, merchandising, and haute couture departments
- Track and monitor the status of system evolution requests and change management processes
- Participate in new tool implementations, including deployment planning and user training delivery
- Develop and design new reporting solutions to support business operations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in IT project management within industrial or commercial environments
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of and experience with programming languages and IT infrastructure
- Proficiency in Fashion PLM or other ERP systems
- English language proficiency (required); Italian language skills (preferred)
- Technical competency and technical creativity
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Autonomous, flexible, and proactive approach to work with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience
Prior experience in IT project management within an industrial or commercial context is required.
Education
Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent qualification.
