Balenciaga — Paris: Internal Communications Apprentice (Sept 2026). Support internal & employer-brand communications, content creation, intranet and event coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the internal communications and employee engagement action plan alongside Internal Communications, HR and External Communications teams.
- Create and produce content for internal audiences, including drafting internal and HR messages.
- Maintain and update internal communication materials, HR tools and the intranet (contributions, moderation, audience management).
- Manage and animate the editorial calendar; track performance metrics and KPIs and archive communications.
- Benchmark market best practices and contribute to employer-brand activity and LinkedIn animation.
- Assist with organisation and on-site coordination of employee engagement projects and internal events.
- Provide French–English translation support for communications.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or graduated from a university or business school programme in Communications, HR, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Comfortable with social media and curious about digital transformation and new communication formats.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent written expression and ability to synthesize information.
- Confident presenter with good interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional projects.
- Organised, able to prioritise and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously; rigorous with deadlines.
- Bilingual French and English; strong command of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Adobe InDesign or Photoshop is a plus.

Experience
Entry-level role suited to candidates in an apprenticeship/alternance or recent graduates. Prior internships or practical experience in internal communications, corporate communications or employer-brand projects are advantageous.
Education
University degree or current enrolment in a business school or communications programme (Bachelor's or Master's level) in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing or equivalent.
