Role & Responsibilities

  • Recruit interns, apprentices, and temporary staff.
  • Communicate with managers across the EMEA region to understand and validate recruitment needs.
  • Draft and publish job advertisements on various job boards.
  • Manage applications, including CV selection, candidate pool development, and sourcing.
  • Conduct interviews via phone, in-person, or video conferencing.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Participate in school events and forums.
  • Update organizational charts.
  • Contribute to HR development projects, including inclusion, diversity, and employer branding.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks such as internal communication and holiday gifts.

Qualifications

  • University degree or business school education, ideally with a specialization in Human Resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Skills

Attention to detail and autonomy. Adaptability and service orientation. Strong listening skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fluency in English in an international setting.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a background in HR or related fields is advantageous.

Education

University degree or business school education, ideally with a specialization in Human Resources.
