Role & Responsibilities
- Recruit interns, apprentices, and temporary staff.
- Communicate with managers across the EMEA region to understand and validate recruitment needs.
- Draft and publish job advertisements on various job boards.
- Manage applications, including CV selection, candidate pool development, and sourcing.
- Conduct interviews via phone, in-person, or video conferencing.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
- Participate in school events and forums.
- Update organizational charts.
- Contribute to HR development projects, including inclusion, diversity, and employer branding.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks such as internal communication and holiday gifts.
Qualifications
- University degree or business school education, ideally with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience
No prior experience required, but a background in HR or related fields is advantageous.
