Balenciaga in Paris seeks an HR Recruitment & Projects Intern (July 2026) to support sourcing, interviewing and HR dashboards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Draft and publish internship and apprenticeship job postings across appropriate channels.
- Source and screen candidates using job boards and internal channels.
- Conduct phone pre-qualifications and participate in interview processes alongside hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview planning and ensure effective follow-up with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and key performance indicators.
- Contribute to broader HR projects and initiatives led by the HR headquarters team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (M1 or M2) in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Rigorous, highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Genuine interest in recruitment and talent sourcing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English within an international environment.
Experience
No extensive professional experience required; previous internships or practical exposure to recruitment or HR processes are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a Master’s degree (M1 or M2) in Human Resources or a closely related discipline.
