Balenciaga HR Cost Controller
Balenciaga (Paris) seeks an HR Cost Controller to manage global HR budgeting, forecasting and consolidation for the Maison.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the global HR budgeting process (Headcount/FTE, personnel costs), including forecast and annual budget cycles.
- Collect, validate and consolidate regional HR and payroll-related data to ensure accuracy and comparability at group level.
- Monitor and report monthly HR budget performance and reforecasts across all regions.
- Coordinate and animate the network of regional HR correspondents by issuing guidelines, tools and support to ensure consistent global practices.
- Deliver ad hoc analyses and management reports to support executive decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools and data quality for HR financial reporting and controlling.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Management Control, Finance or equivalent.
- 3–5 years' experience in management control; experience in HR/social controlling or payroll reporting is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Workday is a plus.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with rigorous attention to data quality.
- Proven ability to coordinate and influence cross‑functional, international stakeholders in a business‑partnering capacity.

Experience
3–5 years in management control, financial controlling or equivalent roles; prior exposure to HR/social controlling and multi‑region consolidation strongly preferred.
Education
Master's degree in Human Resources, Management Control, Finance or an equivalent discipline.
