Role & Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Managers and retail teams in Italy and Spain to foster a positive working environment and respond to operational people needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using Workday and other internal channels: create job requisitions, post vacancies, and monitor applications.
• Execute candidate selection activities including CV screening, phone pre-screenings, interview scheduling and conducting recruitment interviews.
• Oversee onboarding for new hires, ensuring timely delivery of information, tools and integration into the team.
• Maintain and update employee records in Workday, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to internal processes.
• Support employee life‑cycle transactions (new starters, leavers, contract changes) and input changes into Workday.
• Prepare and maintain HR reporting and tracking dashboards (recruitment, turnover, exit interviews, organisational charts).
• Provide ad-hoc HR data analysis and prepare bespoke HR reports for stakeholders.
• Support the HR Business Partner on projects and processes such as Performance Management, Salary Review and Talent Management.
• Coordinate HR trainings and workshops in collaboration with local and regional teams.
• Provide assistance in preparing disciplinary cases and other employee relations matters.
• Offer HR support for other European countries as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Minimum of one year of professional experience in a similar HR role, preferably within retail or luxury retail.
• Fluent written and spoken Italian and English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Proven experience using Workday or other HRIS and confident user of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage at store and corporate levels.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, proactivity and a genuine interest in people and talent development.

Experience

At least one year in a comparable HR coordinator or HR generalist role, ideally within retail or the luxury sector, with hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, HR operations and Workday administration.

Education

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
