Balenciaga seeks an HR Coordinator in Milan to support Talent Acquisition and HR operations across Italy & Spain.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with Store Managers and retail teams across Italy and Spain to create a positive employee experience and respond to staffing needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment using Workday and other internal channels: create requisitions, post vacancies, screen CVs, conduct phone pre-screens and interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Own onboarding for new hires, ensuring timely provision of information, tools and induction support.
- Maintain and update employee records in Workday; ensure data accuracy and compliance for starters, leavers and contract changes.
- Produce and maintain HR dashboards and reports (recruitment, turnover, exit interviews, organizational charts) and deliver ad-hoc HR analyses.
- Support the HR Business Partner on projects including Performance Management, Salary Review and Talent Management.
- Coordinate HR trainings and workshops and provide support in preparing disciplinary cases when required.
- Provide HR support to other European markets on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar HR or recruitment role, preferably within retail or luxury.
- Fluent Italian and English; Spanish is a plus.
- Practical experience with Workday and confident use of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of precision, attention to detail and proactive mindset.

At least one year of hands-on experience in recruitment or HR coordination, ideally within retail or the luxury sector, supporting operational HR processes and Talent Acquisition activities.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
