Balenciaga seeks an HR Administration Manager in Paris to oversee personnel administration, compliance, and HR processes within the HR department.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Guarantee quality, compliance, and timeliness of personnel administration processes
  • Manage the relationship with the Shared Service Center and ensure defined SLAs are met
  • Deploy and monitor continuous improvement plans for HR processes
  • Ensure HR practices comply with labour law, collective agreements, and company agreements
  • Supervise administrative management of the employee lifecycle (recruitment, promotion, mobility, departures)
  • Oversee and support the HR Administrative Officer in executing their duties
  • Ensure reliability of variable payroll elements and time management data submitted to the Shared Service Center
  • Maintain quality and integrity of HR data in Workday
  • Coordinate annual campaigns (Salary Review, Participation, PERECO, etc.)
  • Manage fleet vehicle administration
  • Contribute to HR and social reporting (social statement, BDES, regulatory and business tracking reports, etc.)
  • Support budgeting processes and analyse payroll costs across the assigned scope
  • Advise employees and managers on personnel administration matters
  • Ensure smooth employee experience during administrative milestones (onboarding)
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Implement legal and regulatory updates in coordination with Group and Shared Service Center
  • Oversee invoice management and billing for various service providers at headquarters

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in personnel administration and payroll coordination, ideally gained in a demanding, international environment
  • Solid knowledge of social regulation and HR processes, with high standards of compliance and service quality
  • Demonstrated rigour and organizational skills, able to manage complex activities whilst ensuring data reliability and deadline adherence
  • Managerial experience with the ability to support, develop, and engage teams in a collaborative, high-performing environment
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage relationships with service providers, shared service centres, and external organizations
  • Strong analytical mindset capable of translating HR data into meaningful indicators to support decision-making
  • Proactive problem-solver who contributes actively to process optimization and HR transformation initiatives, including HRIS projects
  • Agile and anticipatory mindset with a strong service orientation in a constantly evolving environment
