Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and produce visual assets for fashion shows, invitations and brand events aligned with the House’s visual strategy.
  • Design and produce print and digital materials including lookbooks, invitations, packaging and gifting assets.
  • Create mock-ups, conduct material and print research, and prepare production-ready artwork and files.
  • Support retail and event activations through invitation design and on-site visual branding.
  • Contribute to packaging design, logo application and product leaflets, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Participate in the evolution and documentation of the brand’s visual identity guidelines.
  • Produce internal communications (HR, training, in-store displays) and other corporate graphic materials.
  • Perform image research, competitive benchmarking and inspiration sourcing to inform design directions.
  • Coordinate with management and cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet organizational standards and production constraints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or related discipline.
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in graphic/visual design with a demonstrable portfolio.
  • Proven experience preparing artworks for print and managing production workflows.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with excellent organisational and time‑management capabilities.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments in a fast-paced environment.
